We invite you to gather with us for a time of community connection, learning and celebration at the 2024 AABC Birth Institute. Now in our 18th year, the Birth Institute is the only nation-wide convention for birth centers and midwifery, and it draws together a beautiful mix of more than 250 birth advocates from across the country – midwives, physicians, nurses, administrators, advocates, birth and reproductive care vendors  – everyone who keeps birth centers going.

This year we will savor the fall colors and views of the Mississippi River with a chain of surrounding lakes, all within walking distance of the vibrant and bustling downtown scene in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

You can expect learning sessions catering to all of birth center professionals, a robust exhibit hall, birth center tours, and a festive night of fun at the AABC Foundation Gala to Grow Birth Centers.
