Conference Hotel
The Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites is centered in Downtown Indy, making it easy to balance learning, networking, and relaxation. Whether you’re gathering with peers in the lobby, exploring the city, or simply recharging between events, the Hilton Indy supports a seamless and enjoyable Birth Institute experience.
The AABC group rate for our conference is $209 single/double. Make your reservation by September 15th to receive the conference rate.

The conference hotel is the hub of all Birth Institute activities. Staying onsite means you’re just steps away from education sessions, meetings, and countless networking opportunities with fellow attendees.
When AABC partners with a conference hotel, we commit to filling a certain number of rooms. In return, the hotel provides discounted group rates with a lowest-rate guarantee and access to meeting spaces at no extra cost.
If we don’t meet our room commitment, AABC must pay the difference — a cost that can run into thousands of dollars. These penalties not only impact this year’s budget but also weaken our ability to negotiate favorable rates and amenities for future conferences. Ultimately, that can mean higher registration fees for everyone.
Without a room block, hotel rates would be higher, meeting space fees would be added, and attendees might find themselves scrambling to secure nearby lodging. The result: higher costs for participants and the conference alike.
Your stay matters. By booking your room at the conference hotel, you help keep costs down, protect future rates, and strengthen the Birth Institute experience for all.
Experience Hoosier Hospitality
While best known for its iconic motor speedway and 500-mile race, Indianapolis has a surprise waiting around every turn.
A glimmering canal walk, 250 acres of urban green space with one-of-a-kind museums, and a top 10 zoo. The original LOVE sculpture. The world's largest children's museum. The world's spiciest dish. A professional and college sports fan's dream. A safe, clean, and walkable urban center with 300+ restaurants, retailers, and cultural attractions. Ranked one of the Best Places to Go in 2021 (TIME Magazine, Condé Nast Traveler, and Travel + Leisure), Indianapolis is sophisticated but not pretentious. And so welcoming, there's actually a name for it - Hoosier Hospitality.
In fact, the city is too friendly to be called Indianapolis - just call it Indy.
