Niambi Jaha-Echols

Niambi Jaha‑Echols is the Founder and Chief Learning Officer of the Earth Purpose Institute for Divine Understanding (EPI), a nonprofit devoted to personal and collective transformation through embodied healing and empowerment. A nationally recognized transformation advocate with 30+ years of experience, Niambi equips leaders and care teams to move from stress and reactivity into clarity, consent-centered communication, and repair. She is the author of The Healing We Avoid: What Our Triggers Are Trying to Teach Us and a trauma‑sensitive HeartMath® practitioner. Niambi carries an intergenerational lineage of midwifery through her maternal grandmother and great‑grandmother in rural Alabama.
